My only comment is a clue--this bird is found in Utah year round; and definitely more common in northern Utah during the summer months. Man that's some great habitat too!
Rock Wren?
The habitat is perfect for the Rock Wren, but it doesn't sound right. I'd say it is the Marsh Wren.

Bewick's Wren???
Steph - you got it. It's a Bewick's Wren at Antelope Island on Lady Finger Point!
