Obviously a prarie falcon.
I like Prairie Falcon too as I can make out a supercil....line above the eye as well as a mustache. The dark markings on the breast look good for the field mark axillaries. And, if the pole could be a reference I don't think it would be a Buteo due to size.

Yes, a juvenile Prairie Falcon....too easy I guess. But thank you for the responses, it is appreciated.
And the name "Sarah Waterfowl" is just too perfect for a birder, awesome!
